On Day 6 of our trip we left our beautiful camp on top off the bluff North of Foz do Arelho. We took a beautiful path inland among the farms nestled off of the coast.

By the time we were done fighting the headwinds and hills we opted for the best sheltered level spot along the coast we could find. The wind was too strong for us to pitch the tent with an open view of the ocean. Pictured below is or little sheltered alcove in the trees above the surf.
